Celebrating Menstrual Health Day 2020

It’s time for action

2020 sees the collaboration of several Pacific groups using a combined voice and mobilising on global annual Menstrual Hygiene Day – 28th May.

We may been ravaged by the impact of COVID19 and for Vanuatu and some of our Pacific neighbours, Cyclone Harold – but we know that periods don’t stop in emergencies.

This year’s global theme “It’s Time for Action”.

Organisations around the Pacific are putting the spotlight on menstrual health and calling for cross sector collaboration and investment.

May 28 is Menstrual Health Day, a day to:

demand action on menstrual health!

education for all!

affordable and accessible products!

safe water and toilets!

an end to stigma!
